IDWeek

IDWeek is a large infectious diseases conference held each fall. Its partners include the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America (SHEA), the HIV Medicine Association (HIVMA), and the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society (PIDS). The Duke Center for Antimicrobial Stewardship and Infection Prevention regularly attends to share the latest research from its faculty and staff. IDWeek 2022 was held October 19-23, 2022 in Washington, DC. 

IDWeek 2021 was held virtually September 29 through October 3, 2021.

IDWeek 2020 was held virtually October 21-25, 2020.

IDWeek 2019 was held October 2-6, 2019 in Washington DC.

IDWeek 2018 was held October 4-6, 2018 in San Francisco, CA.

IPE Health Sciences Research Symposium

The Interprofessional Education Health Sciences Research Symposium will be held at Campbell University in the Leon Levine Hall of Medical Sciences. David Laurent, PharmD, BCPS is a Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Science alumnus and is a PGY2 Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine, Academics Resident at Duke University Hospital. His poster and work was presented at the symposium on April 10, 2019.
